She chose 4 stars because she "really liked it." I recommend it for anyone who has a sister who is just DIFFERENT from them. Smile, as well as the follow-up Sisters and the fiction graphic novel Drama, have all been on The New York Times Best Seller lists. I love Raina's work. I keep telling my niece to be nice to her younger brother; you never know if one day you will be living in his basement. I loved I was lucky enough to snag an ARC* of this at TLA. Young readers may connect with the various episodes involving cousins, pets, and the need to keep electronics fully charged, but IAlthough it kept my attention, I couldn't quite get a handle on SISTERS.

My third read, Telgemeier's books just keep getting better and better in my eyes. This book was funny, and the way the author writes is very easy to follow.

Her interactive journal, Share Your Smile, encourages budding … very much captures that dynamic.I thought her first two, Smile, and Drama, were okay to good, and this one I thought was a little better, maybe 3.5 but because Jamie gave it five stars… :)The exceptionally talented and incredibly popular Raina Telgemeier returns with a sequel to her beloved Smile.

I was able to read it in one day! Someone, he got over it and we get along pretty well now. Then she goes to a sleepover and when she goes back she chips her teeth and she has to get braces.I shared this with my 10 year old daughter and we absolutely loved it. very much captures that dynamic.This is really lovely.
