We offer swim lessons, aqua aerobics and swim tagging, as well, to help monitor your aquatic activities. Parks & Trails Deep Aquafit – Lap Pool A deep-water aquatics workout designed to challenge your endurance in the water, improve fitness, and have fun!

Options for an annual pass, monthly billing, one month, or three month are available. It will host a variety of aquatic and non-aquatic programs and be a hub for the community, all contributing to the health and wellness, social and physical well-being of residents of East Hants. Swimmer 4 and above – lessons are 50 minutes each for 9 weeks. The City will be opening select aquatics facilities and programs for recreation and lane swimming throughout July.

Sessions run for 8 weeks, with participants attending lessons 1 day/week. East Ayrshire Leisure manages 3 swimming pools in East Ayrshire - at Loudoun Leisure Centre, Auchinleck Leisure Centre and Doon Valley Leisure Centre.
