I have played five of the six EXIT games available to date and my top three favorites have been: (1) The Abandoned Cabin, (2) The Forbidden Castle, and (3) The Pharaoh’s Tomb. As a family (two grown up children, our father, my husband) we do a lot of escape rooms and have played one or two board game escape rooms.

My family and I have had fun in a mini "brick and mortar" escape room at a recent convention but the price to take 5 of us into an escape room is pricey so it's not something we're going to do much. Suitable for up to 6 players (no more) as the riddles and puzzles are relatively small, so not easily shared with a bigger group.

Bring your thinking caps and be ready for fun! This is a very well thought out, well designed game.

With a large group, I would be afraid that some would get left out. There was one puzzle that I thought was rather misleading and took a large chunk of our time. This was our first time playing these type of games, and so the concept was quite new to me and my friends. Bought for my husband for Valentines with the commitment that I'll play it with him (I usually get bored with board games and he gets annoyed as he loves them).
